We stand behind every item we sell. When purchasing from Fountainology.com you are protected by our
15 Day Money Back Guarantee. We offer a 15 day money back guarantee less the shipping fees plus a
25% Restocking fee. Shipping fees are not refundable.
Merchandise must be returned in Brand NEW condition with all materials that the item came with. Closeouts, daily deals and Weekly and monthly specials are not returnable.
If your purchase is found to be defective or damaged within 3 calendar days of arrival, please e-mail or call us and let us know so that we can take care of it.
After 3 days please look to your warranty information if applicable.
All returns require an RGA number below you ship them back. Contact us and
we will send you an RGA Form.
Pumps: We cannot accept items that have been used even for 5 seconds. All
returns will be charged a 25% restocking fee plus the actual shipping and handling charges that we pay.
Pond supplies including but not limited to: pumps, lights, UV's, misters and nets carry there respective manufacturers warranties and must be used and operated per each manufacturers guidelines and instructions. We will not be liable for any damages caused by misuse, mishandling or any malfunction or harm caused by the products that we sell. For these products out normal return policy stands in effect with the addition of: 25% restocking fee on all pond related items that have been unused and unopened. Foods and water conditioners cannot be returned since these are consumed and used in the treatment of water.
Pond liner: There are no returns on Pond liner,
Underlayment or Tubing. Also, see Note below about water treatments and
food.
If you received FREE or Flat Rate shipping and you decide to return your order to us, we will gladly send you a refund minus the shipping & handling charges we incurred plus the appropriate restocking fees if applicable.
Note - Since water treatments
and foods are consumed by live stock, we cannot accept returns on these
items.
Any damages incurred from packages shipped via UPS or
FedEx will be claimed by us. Packages shipped by USPS will need to be claimed by the receiver. Damages must be reported to us within
3 Calendar Days of receiving merchandise. Please allow up to 30 days for processing.
Note 2 - Some items are drop shipped direct from our vendors or the manufacturers. These items can take longer then we would like. If an item does not ship when expected and will take longer, we cannot issue refunds or credits as the order has already been processed.
Credit card Charges: Will appear on your statement under Jolie Products, Inc. Please do not dispute these charges as they charge us a fee. If a chargeback does happen, we will bill you the fees that we pay.
Refused or cancelled orders will be accessed a 10% cancellation fee
plus shipping and handling fees if order was shipped out.
We are not responsible for any damages or losses that may arise from from an order taking longer than expected to be delivered or by being out of stock.
All
returns will be sent to us at the senders expense. Fountainology.com cannot incur shipping charges for returned packages.
We will handle each return case by case.
All electrical items should be plugged into a GFCI and you should follow all
directions thoroughly before using your item. State, County and City codes
should always be followed when installing a pond or water feature. We cannot
advise you on this.
All returns require a "Return Authorization Number". Returns that do not have this number will be refused at senders expense.
