Does Fountainology.com offer order tracking?
When you place your order, you are issued a shopper id number. At anytime, you can visit our home page: http://www.fountainology.com and click on the UPS logo. This will take you to our UPS shipment tracking page. In the first box which asks for you to enter your Customer/Shopper ID: Enter your shopper number and click "Track" Once your order has been shipped, you would see the details of your shipment on that page. We are very proud to work with UPS to offer you this technology. If your order is not showing up, it is possible that:

1) Your order did not ship out of our facility yet.

2) Your order was shipped by USPS.

3) Your order was shipped from the manufacturer or distributor direct.

How do I know if it is safe to send credit and other personal information to Fountainology.com over the Internet?

Does Fountainology.com ship to international destinations?
No! Unfortunately with the rising fraud rates and higher shipping costs we are forced to ship within the USA only.

Why is my package addressed from another location other than Fountainology.com?
In order to keep our prices low on the internet we must have certain items shipped direct from the manufacturer or from our suppliers. This saves us from paying shipping twice and thus passing on the savings to you the consumer.

Is Fountainology.com/Orbital Stone Works a reputable company?
Fountainology.com and Orbital Stone Works have been in business in the State of Florida since 1999 and started in the Hollywood/Dania Beach Area. In 1999 we started on Ebay.com working from our home. Quickly we grew out of the house and into a small warehouse. Then we expanded into two warehouses and a 2000 square foot office/warehouse/store front. Now we reside in our 6000+ square foot warehouse/offices. Since the Ebay days our business has grown at a rapid pace with an increase in business of over 50% plus per year. Although we are still a family company we work hard to make a name for ourselves in the internet retail industry.

Why was my credit card charged if my order has not shipped yet?
When you place your order on-line your credit card is charged automatically when you press submit. If you called in your credit card number we charge the order right away as we process the order usually within minutes of your call. The order is then sent to the warehouse or distributor for further processing.

How long does shipping usually take?
Trying to figure out how long it will take for your product to arrive? We suggest the following equation. Your order's Total Delivery Time = (Time to Process your order) + (Time in Transit) Here's how it works-Total Delivery Time: Estimated number of business days from placing your order to receipt of product. Time to Process: Estimated number of business days from placing your order to shipping of product. In most cases, Fountainology.com can ship your order(s) the same day if your order is in before 1:00pm EST otherwise the next business day after you place your order. There are circumstances, however, where this process may be delayed. For example, if we need to verify your credit card information (which is for your protection and is often required by credit card companies for large dollar purchases), shipment of merchandise will be delayed until verification is complete. Also, if your merchandise ships from one of our supplier's warehouses, as opposed to our warehouse, several additional business days may be required for processing. As most of the manufacturers and distributors that we deal with are used to shipping by the pallet it takes several days usually for the small orders. Built-to-order merchandise may require additional processing days. Merchandise does not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, public or religious holidays. Time in Transit: Estimated number of business days from shipment of product to your receipt of product. You can choose between rapid delivery, or the economy of ground freight. For rapid delivery we offer UPS Next Day service and USPS Express Service. For ground freight we offer UPS ground service and US Priority Mail. Please note: All shipping services and UPS Next Day service is quoted from time of product shipment, not from time of order placement (there may be processing or weekend days in between). Also, packages cannot be delivered to Alaska or Hawaii via UPS ground service. For APO/FPO deliveries we ship using US Postal Express Mail service or US Priority Mail Service and additional charges and time may apply. Only packages up to 70lbs can be delivered to an APO/FPO address. The table below details average delivery times based on your preferred method of shipping and the originating warehouse. You choose the shipping method when placing your order.

Delivery times are not guaranteed and are subject to change. Some items are made to order or become out of stock. We will do everything possible to ship out your order within the shortest time period possible. In most cases your order is shipped the same day it is received. Orders shipped by USPS service are less likely to be shipped out the same day and are not shipped insured. All UPS service types are shipped insured at no additional charge to you and include automatic tracking.
