Unlike filters which have to be placed at the top of the waterfall, the Versatile Filter can be located either at the top of the waterfall or up to 10' away. The filter is easily hidden behind fences, shrubs or surrounding landscape.

Additional Information: For this Versatile model: If you are installing the filter with intentions for the discharge to travel any distance, you will need to make sure you have a minimum of an 8" vertical drop for the water to pick up momentum.
